About the artist:

Kait Kingston(Director of The Performer Studio - Where Singers Train & Perform) Kait is a veteran of the Los Angeles music industry, where she faced the rigors of being a successful and in-demand singer in both live performance situations and the recording studio. She is currently a freelance vocalist, a full-time vocal and performance coach and teaches songwriting and beginning piano. She has directed The Performer Studio since it's inception back in 1997. Kait was the lead singer & co-songwriter in the band Light Vizion. She holds a B.F.A. from the Actor Training Program at the University of Utah, an M.F.A. in Musical Theatre Performance from San Diego State University and spent 5 years post-grad in L.A. studying with world master voice teacher, Edward Sayegh. While in Los Angeles, Kait performed and recorded with several bands, performing alongside musicians of the highest caliber. In 2004 Kait returned to her roots in Salt Lake City, UT to continue both her singing and teaching career. She continues to write, arrange and record as a freelance singer, appearing as the featured vocalist with groups like Children’s Dance Theatre and Ririe-Woodbury.
