The Egyptian Theatre is located on historic Main Street in Park City. Surviving many changes and catastrophes over its varied history, the theatre remains today as a unique gathering point for weekly live performances in an intimate setting. Hosting performances of many genre types: drama, comedy, musicals, youth theatre, concerts, and the Sundance Film Festival?There's always something on stage at the Egyptian Theatre. Celebrating its 30th year as a presenting theatre - The Mary G. Steiner Egyptian Theatre - historical, contemporary and cozy.

      Zee Avi Concert Egyptian Theatre Zee Avi Concert Presented by Park City Chamber Music Society at Egyptian Theatre May 26, 2012 In the two years since her self-titled debut was joint-released on Jack Johnson's Brushfire Records and Ian Montone's Monotone Label, Zee Avi's very free spirit has wandered from major music festivals to huge tours back to her homeland of Sarawak, Borneo Island, where she recently picked up an International Youth Icon Award.

      06/08/12- 06/17/12	Hedwig and The Angry Inch Egyptian Theatre Hedwig and The Angry Inch Presented by Plan-B Theatre Company at Egyptian Theatre June 8-June 17, 2012 Plan-B's award-winning production gets a 10th anniversary re-boot courtesy of the fine folks at Park City's Egyptian Theatre. Transsexual East German rocker Hedwig Schmidt, victim of a botched sex-change operation, finds herself living in a trailer park in Kansas. So she forms a band, sharing her life story on her cross-country tour stalking her rock-star ex-boyfriend Tommy Gnosis, a quest for her other half.
      06/13/12	Aron Ralston Egyptian Theatre Aron Ralston Presented by Ogden Convention and Visitors Bureau at Egyptian Theatre June 13, 2012 Aron Ralston, renowned mountain climber behind the 127 Hours fame, will make a Utah appearance during the 2012 Grassroots Outdoor Alliance Show this June. Ralston will share his inspirational story along with a special screening of the Oscar-nominated film at Peery's Egyptian Theater.
      07/06/12- 07/29/12	Chicago - The Musical Egyptian Theatre Chicago - The Musical Presented by Egyptian Theatre at Egyptian Theatre July 6-July 29, 2012 An energetic tale of celebrity, scandal, and corruption in Jazz-age Chicago told through one-show stopping song and dance after another. Chicago has been honored with six Tony Awards, two Olivier Awards, a Grammy and thousands of standing ovations.
      07/19/12	Peter Karrie: The Phantom Returns Egyptian Theatre Peter Karrie: The Phantom Returns Presented by Egyptian Theatre at Egyptian Theatre July 19, 2012 Dubbed "The World's Most Popular Phantom" for his definitive role in Phantom of the Opera; Karrie has also been cast as Don Quixote, Daddy Warbucks, Jean Valjean, Judas, and so many more!.Karrie will perform a concert of his favorite songs.

Headliners Mark Matusof and Rick Pulido are hosted by local comic MC Kathleen McCann. Slide in out of the heat after Park City's Annual Arts Festival to enjoy great comedy, a cold beer, and the humors of Park City nightlife.
      08/16/12- 08/19/12	The Odd Couple Egyptian Theatre The Odd Couple Presented by Neil Simon Festival at Egyptian Theatre August 16-August 19, 2012 This classic comedy opens with a group of the guys assembled for poker in the apartment of divorced Oscar Madison. And if the mess is any indication, it's no wonder that his wife left him. Late to arrive is Felix Ungar, who has just been separated from his wife. Fastidious, depressed, and none too tense, Felix seems suicidal, but as the action unfolds, Oscar becomes the one with murder on his mind after the clean-freak and the slob decide to room together.

All subjects worthy of some well-placed comedy. You won't need to 'Labor' too hard to enjoy the laughs, a cold beer, and the humors of Park City nightlife.
