Experience two fantastic operettas in one evening with this combination of “Amahl and the Night Visitors” and “A Christmas Carol”.
In act one, meet Amahl, a disabled boy who can only walk with a crutch and who has a problem with telling tall tales. When three splendidly dressed kings, the Magi on their way to witness the birth of the Christ child, appear at his door seeking rest, Amahl and his mother are amazed to learn of the purpose of the three king’s journey. In act two enjoy an original opera by Utah locals Mike Leavitt and Anthony Buck in a new adaptation of the beloved Dickens classic, A Christmas Carol. Follow
