Although Candlelight Christmas can’t happen in person this year, we hope you will join us virtually to celebrate the magic of this season! Throughout the month of December, we will be sharing virtual Candlelight Christmas experiences. From Holiday baking to ornament making, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. Follow us on social media to keep up with us as we celebrate a pioneer Christmas!

This Is The Place will continue to support efforts to help flatten the curve during the global Covid-19 pandemic and keep employees and guests safe. In order to do this, Candlelight Christmas will not be held in December of 2020.

At Candlelight Christmas, you’ll feel like you’ve taken a step back in time when you join us for this enchanting event.

Visit with Father Christmas, enjoy the live Nativity in the quiet of the Village, and feel the glow of a warm fire while being serenaded by the Heritage Village Carolers.

Take home a little bit of Christmas with crafts for the little ones and homemade gifts from our historic pioneer homes and cabins. And, you can get all of your holiday shopping done when you visit The Gift Shop at the Visitors Center and the ZCMI Mercantile. Don’t forget to warm up with a hot meal at the Huntsman Hotel!

Slow down, take a stroll through the streets ringing with music and make Candlelight Christmas part of your cherished family traditions. Bundle up and make a memory that will last a lifetime!
