Color Pencil Class

The teacher is a well-known colored pencil artist who formerly lived in Texas, Charles ‘Chuck’ Gilliam. Mr. Gilliam’s move to Utah allows him to concentrate his art work around the themes that portray ‘visions of the West.’

After many years, the American Fork Visual Art Board is sponsoring a colored pencil class for artists above 16 years of age. The teacher is a well-known colored pencil artist who formerly lived in Texas, Charles ‘Chuck’ Gilliam.   1. We really enjoyed your color pencil class on June 11th in American Fork. Lots of good information. We left you with a different kind of paper, Pastelmat, great for colored pencil, and also pastels. What we forgot to tell you, ‘DO NOT USE FIXATIVE WITH IT WHEN USING PASTELS”! It will turn them all dark. It holds them, and is not needed. Don’t need it with colored pencil either.
