Saturday AM Indoor Cycling
Indoor cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle in a classroom setting.
This is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike. It combines cardio and endurance in each session. The instructor will tell you when to change your settings so your ride feels like it would outdoors. This class will help shed fat, help your heart, and boost endurance.
