Fermentation 101

Fermentation is one of the old forms of food preparation. You will be introduced to the easy and rewarding world of Zymology (fermentation) with easy recipes.  You will learn how to make Kimchi, Kombucha, Sauerkraut, and fermented veggies.  This class includes your own Kombucha mother and three jar fermenters to take home.
