Forest Bathing Walk in Memory Grove
Slow down, awaken your senses, and connect with the natural world through a guided forest bathing experience in Memory Grove Park, an oasis near downtown Salt Lake City.
Forest bathing, also known as forest therapy, is inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku which translates to “soaking in the forest atmosphere.” It fosters a reconnection with nature through a slow-paced walk with a guide, who in connection with the forest, offers invitations that open your senses to engage with the natural world. As a growing global wellness movement, it is backed by nearly 40 years of scientific research on the holistic benefits of immersing yourself in nature.View more
