HEAL Community Night: 2016 State Legislative Preview

January means cold temperatures, dirty air, outdoor industry trade shows — and the beginning of the State Legislature session!

HEAL Utah is excited to invite you to an evening in which our staff — and a special guest or two! — brief you about what to expect during the 2016 session, which starts on Mon. Jan. 26.

We’ll tell you about several bills that can go a long way to help clean up Utah’s air – and about a package of legislation from Rocky Mountain Power that might pull us in the other direction. And much more!

Come to our upcoming Community Night in Room 4, Fourth Floor, at the Main Library in downtown Salt Lake. For those of you haven’t been, Community Nights are informal gatherings in which staff and allies brief our supporters about one of our core issues and include plenty of time for questions and discussion.
