The Returning Rapids Project, with Mike Dehoff and Meg Flynn, monitors the rapidly changing, dynamic environment of the Colorado River as reservoir levels drop and old, submerged rapids re-appear, with surprising results.
The receding waters of Lake Powell have returned some of the dam-inundated areas of the Colorado River Basin to a more natural state while imperiling others, while creating new, problematic dynamics.
