Introduction to Making Kombucha and Kefir

Making Kombucha and Kefir   Both are amazingly rich probiotic drinks that are fun to make.  Kombucha is a fermented drink that is jam packed with beneficial bacteria, natural yeast, healthy enzymes and acids.  Kefir is a drinkable Yogurt.
