Ranger Program Extremes
Living on the Colorado Plateau forces plants and animals to adjust to extremes in weather, temperature and the ebb-and-flow of water, or die. Join Dead Horse Point state park staff at 9 AM on a 1 mile moderately-easy guided hike and examine the intricacies of life on the plateau. Participants should bring plenty of water, hiking boots, cameras and dress weather appropriate. For more information, please call (435) 259-2614.
