Amy Hakanson with Swedish Nyckelharpa
Join us for an evening of Scandinavian Folk Music with Amy Hakanson, fiddler from Portland Oregon
Amy Hakanson is a very talented musician from Portland, Oregon. She studied at the Eric Salström institute in Sweden and has a degree in Ethnomusicology from Portland State University. Amy studied classical violin and plays an amazing variety of instruments including regular fiddle, Swedish nyckelharpa, Norwegian hardingfele, banjo and guitar. Concert only is $5 admission per person, at the door or online at our website. www.SaltLakeScandiDance.org Music lessons and Saturday social are free. Donations are welcome and will be passed onto our guest musician.
