Self Defense Training
A no rules hands on training that involves striking and kicking techniques.
A no rules hands on training that involves striking and kicking techniques. Escaping chokes. Utilize your body’s strong areas against their vulnerable points. Keeping yourself safe and incapacitating the opponent by any means necessary. Emphasizing threat neutralization, simultaneous defensive and offensive maneuvers.

Assessing basic threats
Risk line continuum
Hands on self defense
