St. George Opera's Season Preview Concert

On June 1st, St. George Opera will present a season preview concert at the St. George Tabernacle at 7:00 p.m. and the concert is free to the public.

The program will feature highlights from both of our upcoming main-stage productions: Puccini’s La Boheme and Verdi’s La Traviata. We will also present other famous opera duets and arias, as well as musical favorites. The concert will showcase several out-of-town singers along with local pros. Vouchers for free tickets to our upcoming operas will be given away to some of the lucky fans in attendance. Come enjoy an evening of beautiful music!

DAVID HABBEN

Graphic Designer; UDAM Teaching Artist | David received his BFA in Illustration from Brigham Young University in 2006. In 2008, he became one of the first illustrators to become a Children’s Book Design Fellow at Chronicle Books in San Francisco. For the next eight years, David continued to work as an illustrator and designer, both in-house and freelance. Then, In 2017, he earned his MFA in Studio Art, with a Graphic Design emphasis, from The University of Utah.
