Latin Dance Heritage invites you to travel back to the magical world of ancient Andes. Andean civilization was one of five civilizations in the world deemed by scholars to be “pristine”, that is indigenous and not derived from other civilizations.
The Andes stretched from the Andes of Venezuela southward down the Andes in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru & Bolivia to northern Argentina and Chile

Latin Dance Heritage invites you to travel back to the magical world of ancient Andes. Andean civilization was one of five civilizations in the world deemed by scholars to be “pristine”, that is indigenous and not derived from other civilizations.
The Andes stretched from the Andes of Venezuela southward down the Andes in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru & Bolivia to northern Argentina and Chile
Since the pre-Hispanic era, the Andes has been characterized by its traditional music and colorful dances.The Andes is especially known for its folklore and traditions with Quechua (4000 year B.C.E.) and Spanish (since “La Conquista”) influences.

The performance is a little over two hours and includes a 15-minute intermission
