The Golden Spike Chinese Art Show

This Chinese art exhibit commemorates the outstanding contributions of Chinese pioneers to the Transcontinental Railroad construction, and enhances understandings of the Chinese in the U.S. so as to better contribute to the economic development and social advancement of the United States. The exhibit includes the 22 pieces of Chinese brush calligraphy artworks contributed by the local Chinese youth and adults in Utah; and 28 drawings of the Chinese railroad workers by the students of the North America Maple Cultural Center.

The Golden Spike Chinese Art Show is jointly organized by the Utah Chinese Golden Spike Society,  Chinese Railroad Workers Descendants Association, Salt Lake Eastern Art Club, North America Maple Culture Center and the Union Station Museum – Ogden.
