Loren Webb will present a lecture on “The St. George Temple and the Honeymoon Trail,” which looks at the period of 1877 to 1927 when the St. George Temple was the only temple available to members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

What is the Honeymoon Trail?  This is a local term that came into being due to necessity, as well as a humorous look at one of life’s events.  As a young couple who were courting and wanting to get married there weren’t a lot of options available.  So what did they do?
