When Experimental Storytelling Provokes Social Inquiry
The New School hosts a conversation that explores storytelling forms that have impact beyond the screen. We’ll discuss how both creative end products and the act of creation itself can address issues of social justice and inclusion. Experts across various fields will share practices and illustrative examples from their work and invite attendees to consider using experimental techniques to conduct social inquiry and probe how nonconventional filmmaking can empower others.
The event will be at 500 Main St., and is free with Sundance registration.
