Kitchen Creations: Healthy Eating & Cooking for People with Type 2 Diabetes

A 4-week educational series and hands-on cooking class about healthy eating for type 2 diabetes.

Topics will include creating a healthy plate for diabetes; identifying and balancing carbohydrates with other foods; ways to include more non-starchy vegetables, beans, and whole grains in your eating; and cooking tips for keeping your heart healthy. Each week will include a hands-on cooking class and recipe sampling.
