Pure love has the power to bring peace and meaning to our lives. Through learning to distinguish between love and attachment, we can unlock our potential for a truly loving heart. This will bring us deep peace,allowing us to give great joy to others.

We all wish for good relationships in our lives, but relationships between couples, parents, children and friends often suffer from misunderstandings, unrealistic expectations and conflict.
