The Salt Lake Symphonic Winds will perform a variety of arrangements, including songs such as John Williams’ The Symphonic Marches and Third Suite by Robert Jager. The audience will be treated to other numbers, including selections from Kazuhiro Morita’s arrangement of Princess Mononoke, by Joe Hisaishi, and Francis McBeth’s Of Sailors and Whales, which is based on five scenes from Herman Melville’s Moby Dick.
