Tasting Class: Intro to Bitters

An era of imbibing with panache died with the Prohibition. Luckily, this culture is being resurrected due to the resurfacing of a category that classic beverages cannot do without, bitters. They will explore the history, tasting notes, and uses (including culinary) of bitters and learn the nuances of bitters as we sip on some mighty fine cocktails.
