Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge Field Trip

In celebration of 2015 International Migratory Bird Day on May 9, HWI's Shawn Hawks and Jerry Liguori will lead a birding field trip through the beautiful Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge. This year's theme for IMBD is "Restore Habitat, Restore Birds."

We will meet at the Wildlife Education Center and Refuge Office at 9:30 (refuge map). From there, we will do some caravanning and some walking.

Make sure to bring binoculars if you have some, proper clothing attire, and plenty of water and snacks. We will have a spotting scope and extra binoculars for sharing.
