The Helper Project is partnering with Donna Poulton, a renowned Utah Art Historian to curate an Artist Exhibition. The inspiration being Historic Helper, the train, the routes and the landscape.

May 3 – August 2, 2019

Founded in the 1890’s and the site of Butch Cassidy’s first robbery, Helper is one of the most important historical and culturally diverse small towns in Utah with an exceptional community spirit. Most of the citizens in Helper have strong ties to the past. Their extraordinary characters have been chiseled from their connection to the Mining and Railroad industries and most recently to the Arts. UDAM Teaching Artist; Musician | Nino is a Northern Traditional Dancer, carrying on the Tradition of the warrior, wearing the eagle bustles of past days. Nino is also a cultural presenter, educating and entertaining audiences of all ages. Nino was one of five flute players selected to be part of the 2002 Winter Olympic Games Opening Ceremonies held in Salt Lake City, Utah.
